Week 2 - The First Light

-
Add your air element to your altar if you haven't already. Choose something that moves, flows, or feels connected to truth or breath. This could be a feather, a piece of fabric, incense, a leaf, or anything that feels right.
-
Sit outside or near a window. Just be still and listen to the wind. Ask: "What are you trying to tell me?" You don’t need an answer—just notice.
-
Truth-Wind Practice: Go outside, speak one truth you've been holding in—say it three times into the wind. Let it go. Ask: "What do I know in my bones?"
-
Journal: Pick one of the prompts from this week and write for 10–15 minutes. Let it be messy.
-
Keep your sacred object close. Let it hold what you’re working with this week. You can blow your truth into it, place it on your altar, or carry it with you.

This is about listening and noticing—what’s shifting, what’s clearing, what’s becoming more true.

Do what speaks to you. Leave what doesn’t.

Ritual Guide
This week, we look at what is true for you, we work with the east new beginnings, and the energy of the wind.

What you will need:
Your white candle
Something that represents air
Your sacred object for the week
Pen and paper
A quiet space
Optional: A window or outdoor spot so you can actually feel the wind or speak your truth

Sacred Object Work
This week, choose a sacred object that represents the clarity you're ready to claim—or the truth you're finally ready to say out loud.

You’ll charge this object during the Breath of Truth ritual and place it on your altar or carry it with you throughout the week. Let it hold what you’re no longer willing to silence.

It could be:
-
A feather, shell, or something the wind might carry
-
A small item that feels light or open
-
Something that helps you feel clear, steady, or brave enough to speak your truth

Choose what feels right. You’ll know.
Message from the grandmother of the East
Stop looking for a sign. You already know.
We’ve been trying to get your attention—not with visions or feathers—but with the ache in your chest and the exhaustion in your bones.
The clarity you seek? It comes after you stop trying to make everything make sense.
Be willing to not know. Be willing to start again.
Speak not to be heard, but because your truth deserves breath.
You are the wind. Change isn’t coming—it’s already begun.
